Brush
System
The IntelliSense Brush System is a brush
system designed to provide the ultimate in cleaning
capabilities. The main features of the IntelliSense Brush System include
five main component parts.
These parts consist of FoamBrite wash material,
contouring brush design, amp sensor sensing, front and rear
re-brushing, and top brush interrupt.
The following are the main features behind each of these
parts:

IntelliSense Features
FoamBrite Wash Material
Provides a safe, soft, and gentle wash due to the
fact that the FoamBrite material is virtually water resistant,
which allows dirt and sand particles to be washed away and not
re-deposited onto vehicles.
The FoamBrite material produces an incredibly flexible
cleaning action that brightens the vehicles finish with repeated
washings.
Contouring Brush Design
The design of
the FoamBrite brushes that are part of the Trio Wash System were
designed to clean those hard to reach places on a vehicle.
The top portion of the side brushes are longer in length
in order to clean the top portion of tall and larger vehicles,
such as Sport Utility Vehicles and Pick-Up Trucks.
The top portion of the Trio brushes are 40” long, while
the middle section is 38” long, and the bottom section of the
side brush and top brushes are 36” long.
Top Brush Interrupt
The Trio uses
a count wheel on the top brush pulley with a proximity switch to
detect when a Pick-Up is in the process of being washed.
The Trio then determines the drop off of the roof of a
vehicle and will stop the drop of the top brush, if a pick up is
detected. This
design requires the wash package to start at the front of the
vehicle. Therefore, if a pre-wash pass is used (i.e., a foam
bath or high pressure side spray), two passes will be necessary.
Front/Rear Re-Brushing
Front
and Rear re-brushing is available on all Trio units. Rebrushing
is possible on all Trio units but does not have to be utilized The rebrushing option helps eliminate dirt from the center
section of both the front and rear of vehicles. Re-brushing occurs when the side brushes mover together at
the front of the vehicle. When
the brushes are in the center of the vehicle, they move together
and then to the left and right of the center of the vehicle.
Amp Sensing Sensors
The
IntelliSense Brush System uses amp-sensing sensors to detect
where the top and side brushes need to be positioned on the
vehicle during the wash cycle by regulating the position of wash
arms depending on the amount of resistance the sensors recognize
while moving over the vehicle.
This feature allows the Trio to provide the optimum
amount of brush contact on the vehicle in order to provide a
superior wash quality.

The
IntelliSense Brush System is now available with the Ryko Trio
friction wash system. Please
